We have put together a weekend immersion course in learning about wine to bring you up to speed and allow you to achieve a recognised wine qualification. It's not all hard work though; you'll also be enjoying two nights of legendary Seattle hospitality in the style hotel of Brighton.
We have teamed up with our friends at The Wine Wise Company to offer a jam-packed wine weekend full of learning from highly qualified tutors. At the end of the course, you will achieve a world wide recognised qualification in wine:

No previous knowledge is necessary as our tutors will guide you gently through the maze and give you a structured understanding of:
* wine styles and Champagne
* how to choose and match wine
* how to look after your wine

Club Paradiso - Hallowe'en Fun
The children who are members of Club Paradiso really enjoy exploring the world of food. These Sunday lunchtime events are so popular with the kids. Families all have lunch together before Chef and the Crew come out to show the kids how it's all done; they delight in having a go themselves and really learn from the experience.
Club Paradiso members have a chance to become part of our Board of Directors, allowing the club to be run by the kids for the kids. Ask a member of the Crew for details.

Cocktail Master Class. Create Your Own Cocktail
This is the coolest of cocktail classes in Brighton at the legendary Black and White Bar. Learn how to mix your own cocktails and then astonish your friends with your 'cocktail shaker' expertise. Tonight is your chance to join in with the running of the bar. Join our award-winning team who will be on hand to help you create your very own cocktail. The best will be added to the legendary 'Red Book' for all to try and buy.
Naturally, you will be able to sample some of the cocktails created!

Cocktail Master-classes start at 7:30pm
£25 per person including snacks.

Sunday November 18th
Supper Club Event. Burgundian Evening
This is an evening when you could be mistaken for believing you are in the Burgundy region of France. The Burgundy wines of Chablis and Baune, Nuits St Georges and Macon, are world famous and this evening, Henry Butler will be recommending his favourites. Lovers of French food will also enjoy the region's specialities. There's cheese, of course, but there's also Charolais beef, especially created mustard sauces and escargots, all cooked to Burgundian perfection.
As usual, for those enjoying our Supper Club evenings, we have a special accommodation rate of £75 per room incl. Continental Breakfast.

Boxing Day Lunch

Children are invited to come dressed as their favourite book or film character (adults are welcome to come dressed up too!). A refreshing break from the TV and turkey!
