Something to celebrate, or just want a get the team together?

We have two stunning private Dining rooms, each light filled space opens up onto private decks and views over the marina. There can be few better settings to celebrate in Brighton.

The scene is set, the table is draped in snowy white linen, the candles are lit, the glasses sparkle. You have chosen your menu from our selection of options, from a la carte dining to a more formal set menu, allowing you to create the atmosphere just right for the event.

Chef and his Team will be busy creating your feast as you greet the first guest. Enjoy the moment safe in the knowledge every detail and thought has been taken care of for your special night.

Each of the two dining rooms are available for complimentary use (subject to minimum’s) for both lunch and dinner.

Smoked salmon with lemon, capers and shallots
Chicken liver parfait, toasted brioche and red onion marmalade

Main Courses
Braised lamb shank with garlic creamed potatoes and spinach
Daube of beef with colcannon and roasted carrots
Steamed fillet of salmon, braised fennel and buttered new potatoes
Roast butternut squash tarte tatin (v)
Free range breast of chicken, fondant potato, creamed leeks and red wine jus
Saddle of lamb with an apricot and spinach stuffing, dauphinoise potatoes and rosemary jus
Pan fried sea bass, baby roast vegetables and a herb cream sauce

Desserts
Selection of local cheeses, homemade grape chutney and biscuits
Creme brulee
Lemon tart with creme anglaise
Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce
Panna cotta with rhubarb compote
Mixed berry cheesecake with vanilla ice cream

£40.00 per person
inclusive of three courses, coffee and VAT

Why not add an additional cheese course for £5.50 per guest?

For groups of 12 to 100, you might like to choose your own menu by selecting one starter, one main course and one desert from each category to create one set menu (everyone having the same starter, same main course and same dessert).

Vegetarian and special dietary requirements can be catered for separately. Please note that some of our dishes may contain nuts or genetically modified ingredients, so please ask for further details.

A discretionary 10% service charge (5% for weddings) will be added to your final account
